Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, it was fantastic! Everything about this hip new hotel was perfect. The staff was supper friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The room we had included cable channels, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. The location was great, near the medina and the airport and the mountains. It also was in the middle of jackson.
Not one thing.

The place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the new amenities and the cleanliness of the riad. One thing that really stood out was the incredible hospitality and kindness of the staff. Bilal, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He picked us up from the bus stop and even walked us to the medina on our first day. But what truly touched our hearts was his act of driving us to the airport in Tangier, over 2 hours away, at 4AM! We will never forget his kindness and it has made Morocco the warmest place we've ever been to.
The only drawback we experienced was with the hot water system. It took quite some time to get hot water, which was a bit frustrating and wasteful.

They even contacted us promptly when we forgot some items after check out. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in a quiet area but still within reasonable walking distance to the town center. Plus, having the option to park our car on the street was convenient.
